Quebec-born and Bordeaux-trained Christine Leroux is the consulting oenologist at a slew of wineries in the Okanagan Valley. For one evening only, enjoy wines from three of these estates paired with each of the five courses in a tasting menu put together by Chef Seth Gabrielse.
The first Quebec oenologist to have earned her degree at Bordeaux University, Christine Leroux pursued her studies at La Fleur Pétrus, Margaux, and in the laboratories of Gironde, culminating her apprenticeship at Cassegrain Winery, J. Lohr, and Inniskillin. In 1996 she became the winemaker at Inniskillin Okanagan. Two years later, Leroux founded her own company while continuing on as a consultant for several small vineyards in British Columbia: Quinta Ferreira Winery, Oliver Twist Winery, Thornheaven Winery), to name a few.$65, wine not included (taxes and gratuities not included)
